Essential Functions:
- Contribute individual expertise in technical solutions and customer development discussions to determine the most appropriate Atlassian response
- Establish strong relationships with customers to ensure their requirements are well understood and proposed solutions fit their business objectives and desired outcomes
- Keep current with Atlassian technologies and trends and understand the appropriateness for the application and timing of those technologies with current and future customers
- Conduct instructor-led technical demos and training on Jira and Confluence
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Atlassian product suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management) either on-prem Data Center and Cloud (SaaS)
- Understanding of all Atlassian apps and their functions
- Hands on experience using and administering Atlassian Cloud (SaaS) products
- Hands on experience installing, upgrading, integrating, and supporting Atlassian products
- Possess solid understanding of the complexities and components of a migration/consolidation of Atlassian applications
- Experience with API manipulation in Atlassian applications
- 3+ years customer consulting experience with a focus in DevOps, Agile Development or Quality Assurance a plus
- Strong presentation, communications, and Time Management skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Math or relevant industry experience and training
Desired Skills:
- Certifications: Preferred candidates with possess valid Atlassian certifications – Jira Administrator, Jira Service Management Administrator, Confluence Administrator, Cloud Administrator
- Experience with ITSM related Tools(ServiceNow, Remedy, Avanti, etc.)
