New Product Turns Splunk Events into Real-Time JIRA Incidents
ATLANTA – October 11, 2016 – Forty8Fifty Labs, the new DevOps and software development subsidiary of Verinext®, today announced its first in a series of Atlassian connectors, the Real-Time Splunk Connector for Atlassian JIRA Service Desk. The new solution, which will be showcased during Atlassian Summit 2016, in booth #S10, leverages advanced analytics and reporting to provide a big picture view across all service desk environments so DevOps teams can better understand the incident trends that often create persistent or intermittent service issues.
